You Should Drink 8 Glasses of Water Every Day
You do not have to obsess over how many glasses of water you are drinking. Studies suggest that just drinking a glass of water when you feel thirsty is usually enough to stay hydrated and healthy.
Plus, foods high in water, like broths, fruits, and veggies, along with drinks like coconut water and teas all contribute to your hydration. Just keep an eye on a few things. When your urine is dark yellow, your bathroom breaks are not regular, you are super active, or you are in a hot environment, then you may need to drink more water than usual!
If you are into a healthy and balanced lifestyle, there is a high chance you have heard about these health myths that are not true. But, they are actually what we are calling them – myths.
Remember, not everything you read is true, even if the facts seem very convincing. Make sure you check your information before you start believing in it and stay on top of false health myths. That is the way to stay genuinely healthy!
